Each box will be shipped out between 1-2 weeks from the date we receive your payment. You will get an email from us once your box is packed and ready to go - it will also include a USPS tracking number so that you can see when it will arrive!
That's correct! Every merchandise box that we ship out, includes at least 100% retail value of what you paid for the box! If you purchase a $49.95 box, the value of all of the items in the box combined, will total at least the $49.95 retail value that you pay.
Our Happily Ever After Box gives you the most value, as you are guarunteed to recieve at least 200% retail value. Now if that's not money well spent, then we don’t know what is! We go out of our way to give all of our customers the best value possible each month.
Please note that this is only the case for our merchandise boxes, and not our Be Our Guest snack box.
This depends on which box type you are subscribed to.
For the E-Ticket Attractions box, the Happily Ever After Box, the Storybook Princess Box, the Art of Animation Box, the Expanded Universe Box and the Great Movie Box - your monthly payment will occur automatically on the same calendar date each month. For example, if you originally subscribed to any of these boxes on 5th of the month, your monthly payment will be on the 5th of each month. If at any time you would like to change your payment date, please contact us by email and we will happily help you make the change.
For the Be Our Guest snack box, your first payment will go through on the date that you choose to subscribe, and your following payments will go through on the 16th of each month.
For the Minnie's Monthly Ear Pack, your first payment will go through on the date that you choose to subscribe, and your following payments will go through on the 9th of each month.
Your monthly box will always be shipped out between 1-2 weeks from this date each month.
If you order or are subscribed to the Great Movie Box or order a Once Upon A Time Box, you are able to be specific in telling us what your favorite Disney preferences are (such as your favorite Disney movies, characters, parks, rides, attractions, etc). For these boxes, we try our very best to fulfill as many of the character preferences in your box that we can, however we cannot always guarantee the availability of stock when we shop for your box. If you choose to only provide us with 1-2 preferences, depending on what they are, this may limit our ability to provide you with items that all match your preferences. A good way to ensure that you always get some or most of your preferences catered to, is to supply us with a great amount of your Disney preferences so that we have more of a chance to find particular items that you will love!
As we offer a mystery box service, we don't take specific item requests. After all, we love to be able to surprise you with the items that we select for your box each month!
If you're interested in a personal pick up (where we go out and purchase a specific retail item from the Parks and ship it to you), please email us with the details and we will be able to let you know if we can arrange something for you!
In the rare event that one of your items is received damaged, please contact us via email at email@example.com, and we will be happy to investigate your issue. Please include a photo of the damaged item with your submission to expedite resolution. Damage to product packaging and postal boxes do not qualify for a replacement. Because of constant inventory changes, issues must be reported to us within 3 days of receiving your mystery box.
All of our boxes are insured with USPS, if there is any visible damage to your postal box upon arrival, please contact your local Post Office BEFORE opening the package! This allows the USPS insurance to ensure any damages were caused by the postal service and not yourself.
Validity of a damaged item will be at the discretion of support staff.
As our service provides a mystery style subscription, we do not offer refunds, returns or credits for dissatisfaction of subscription contents. Please feel free to contact us so we can help to cater better to your future boxes!
After you have either subscribed to one of our monthly subscription boxes or placed an order for one of our one-time boxes, your individual box then begins to be processed by us! We do not offer refunds for change of mind after your order has been placed, however, if you subscribe to a monthly box, you can cancel your subscription at any time after your first box has been shipped to you, without incurring any kind of cancellation fees etc. Our Happily Ever After box has a minimum two month subscription, which means you can cancel at any time after your second box has been shipped to you.
We certainly do! All of our merchandise boxes can be shipped internationally, it is only our Be Our Guest snack box that can only be shipped within the USA, due to customs regulations amongst other unfortunate reasons.
Each country's import restrictions are different as to the limit a person can import before incurring tax. As we are unable to predict whether or not you may be charged, all import tax is the responsibility of the customer to investigate before ordering and is the customer's responsibility if incurred, once receiving their box. It is also illegal for a shop to pay for a consumer's import tax.
Furthermore we do not take any responsibility for items confiscated by customs or held by customs for inspection, as all merchandise meets United States Customs standards when shipped. Other countries may have different customs laws which are the responsibility of the customer to research before ordering.
